60-Day Risk-Free Returns

• We offer a 60-day return window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened or used less than 25%. This policy is designed to allow a fair trial while preventing misuse :)

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and approved and apply only to eligible products that meet the conditions above.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. Once approved at our warehouse, please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your account. You will be notified once your refund has been issued.
